Mike is a proud husband and dad of 3 kids. He has worked as a personal trainer since 2013. He has trained several people in different capacities such as weight loss, fitness, race preparation, high school athletics, college basketball, and NFL combine. He graduated from Utah Valley University in 2017 with honors in Exercise Science and a minor in biology. He graduated physical therapy school from George Fox University. He currently works as an acute care and critical care physical therapist in a California hospital. He has advanced skills in orthopedics, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, neurology, sports medicine, biomechanics, and a deep passion for research. A personal love Mike has is helping others start exercising and improve their health journey.
